After watching the Game of Thrones season 6 finale preview trailer, fans have been wondering if many of their Game of Thrones season 6 finale predictions will come true. But thanks to many of the Game of Thrones season 6 episode 10 pictures circulating online, fans are getting all sorts of hints undoubtedly releasing “GoT spoilers.” So, if you are the type of fan who avoids most hints to Game of Thrones spoilers or predictions, then leave this story right now! And for those who can’t fight the urge any longer, keep reading and learn a little more about the season six finale of Game of Thrones, “The Winds of Winter.”

Theories

The title (as many true die-hard fans would have discovered) is a nod to George R.R. Martin’s upcoming book, which has yet to be released. But will the book resemble the show? Now that the author is falling behind on the book series, the studio had to go on without him and use their own imagination to put their own plots together. Let’s hope fans are satisfied with ending.

After the penultimate episode, “The Battle of the Bastards,” fans can expect another epic episode to end season 6. We know so far that the survivors of last episode’s battle will be in the last episode, but for how long? Who will die in Game of Thrones season 6 finale? That’s one thing no one except the cast, crew, and higher powers of HBO know for sure. But that won’t stop fans from coming up with their own theories.

Many still believe that Queen Cersei (also known as the Mad Queen) will actually try to burn down King’s Landing. But what does that mean for Tommen and the prophecy? Some fan pages speculate that Tommen gets caught in a room and flees the burning King’s Landing by jumping out of a window but doesn’t survive the fall. This would fulfill the prophecy that Cersei would outlive her children. But that also means that Jaime (her younger twin brother) might have to kill his lover/sister in order to stop all the destruction.

The trailer also gives hints to a possible connection between Sansa Stark and Jon Snow. But are they going to stay siblings in name only or is this going to be another Cersei and Jaime incest story line? That would only happen if the R+L=J theory holds true and if Jon Snow is in fact heir to the Iron Throne. It would be interesting to see how that theory finally unfolds, because fans are tired of the speculation.

Most notably we see Tyrion talking to Khaleesi about entering the great game and how “the great game is terrifying.” What is she really up to at the end of this season? So many questions and trials, but not many answers. At least the episode is longer (69 minutes), which gives time for fans to get the answers they need to last them until season seven.

The Game of Thrones season 6 finale airs on Sunday June 26, at 9:00 p.m. EST on HBO. What are your Game of Thrones season 6 spoilers? Let us know in the comments below!
